Refunds & Return Policy

At Reactive Patinas LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policies below.
1. Physical Books (Print Versions)
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a physical book.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, saleable condition (unread, no bent pages, or spine damage).
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the book arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us at davemune@ractivepatinas.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
2. Digital Content (eBooks)
Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital content, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent to your device.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive a functional file.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at dacemune@reactivepatinas.com with:
Your Order Number.
The reason for the return.
(If damaged) A photo of the item and packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card via Stripe or Wise) within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellations
Orders for physical books can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, the standard Return Policy applies.
